I'm Josh Shalin. I live in Bellingham and sell homes across MetroWest — Franklin, Medway, Millis, Holliston, Hopkinton and the towns along 495.

Before real estate I spent 15 years in retail, starting on the sales floor and finishing as a general manager running a store. That's where I learned the part clients actually notice: explain what's happening, ask the questions that matter, and pick up the phone when something goes wrong.

If a house is wrong for you, I'll say so at the showing instead of letting you find out at the inspection. Since 2021 I've sold more than 60 homes, including $11.2M last year.
